4.2. You must not interfere with the proper functioning of CurtFire or compromise the security of the platform.

5.1. CurtFire may contain user-generated content, including product listings, reviews, and comments. By submitting content, you grant CurtFire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

5.2. CurtFire respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that any content on CurtFire infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us.

6. Termination

CurtFire may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at its discretion, with or without cause. You may also close your account at any time. Termination or closure of an account may result in the loss of access to certain features and content.

CurtFire is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that CurtFire will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content on our platform.

In no event will CurtFire, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.

These Conditions of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia
