Curtfire is an online marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of a wide range of products and services across various industries. We aim to create a seamless platform where users can connect and transact securely.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 14 business days and delivery confirmed by way of order number. We make use of courier and/or postal services where applicable, with associated delivery costs borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise.

Export Restriction 

The offering on this website is primarily available to South African clients and SADC countries unless stated otherwise.

Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services on Curtfire is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Curtfire will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 11% administration fee. Should goods be damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days for exchange or refund. Products may also be subject to warranties and guarantees, which will be indicated where applicable.

Curtfire takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. Personal information will be treated in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy. Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express Cards, or by bank transfer into the Curtfire bank account. Account details will be provided upon request.

Card Acquiring and Security

Card transactions will be acquired for Curtfire via an approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. Our payment gateway uses the strictest form of encryption, Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), ensuring card details are not stored on our platform. Visit  www.payfast.io to view security details.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be securely stored by CurtFire, separate from card details entered on our payment gateway’s secure site. For more information on this, please refer to www.payfast.io

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options is South Africa. Transactions will be conducted in South African Rand unless otherwise specified.

Curtfire takes responsibility for all aspects related to transactions on our platform, including customer service, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. Curtfire selects South Africa as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement.
